Abhiraj Khatwani is a Dubai-born chef associated with MANĀO, the Thai-inspired restaurant he co-founded with Mohamad Orfali in Dubai’s Wasl Vita Mall, Jumeirah 1. MANĀO received a Michelin star in 2025, and Khatwani was named Michelin Young Chef of the Year in the same cycle. He is also profiled as a chef in Turin at Magazzino 52, indicating a separate or additional culinary affiliation in Italy.
