Andrius Kubilius is the chef behind Nineteen18 in Vilnius, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the historic Senatorių pasažas, where the menu centers on local products and Lithuanian stories. He was also identified in 2026 as the chef leading Le Séran at Château d’Audrieu in Audrieu, France, where the dining room had Michelin Plate recognition under his kitchen leadership. A 2025 LinkedIn post announced that after five years leading Nineteen18, he would move on to a new restaurant concept slated for the second quarter of 2026.
