Andy Erickson

Andy Erickson is a Napa Valley winemaker best known for his work with Arietta and for founding Favia Wines with his wife, viticulturist Annie Favia. He earned a Master’s degree in Viticulture and Enology from the University of California, Davis in 2000, worked at Harlan Estate as assistant winemaker and at Staglin as winemaker, and became winemaker at Screaming Eagle in 2006 before later leaving to focus on his own label and consulting clients. Arietta’s official site says he assumed complete control of winemaking there with the 2006 vintage and expanded the portfolio to eight wines, including Quartet, On The White Keys, and 88 Keys.
