Angela Hartnett

Angela Hartnett is a British chef and restaurateur best known as chef-patron of Murano in Mayfair, London, which she opened with Gordon Ramsay in 2008 and later took over after buying out his stake in 2011. She also created Cafe Murano, launching the first site on St James’s Street in 2013 and expanding the concept to multiple London locations, while remaining closely involved in menu development. Hartnett earned her first Michelin star at the Connaught in 2004 and Murano received a Michelin star shortly after opening in 2009.
