Since 2013, the same disciplined approach has defined the winemaking program at Bien Nacido Estate and Solomon Hills Estate. Anthony Avila’s role has been to work within the limits of each site, keeping the style anchored in consistency and letting vintage variation register without forcing it into a preset shape.
