Antonia Klugmann

Antonia Klugmann is an Italian chef and the chef-owner of L’Argine a Vencò in Dolegna del Collio, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The restaurant’s official site says she was born in Trieste, studied first in Milan before choosing cooking, trained through apprenticeships in kitchens across Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Veneto, opened her first restaurant in the province of Udine in 2006, and launched L’Argine a Vencò at the end of 2014. The restaurant is located in the Collio Goriziano border landscape near Slovenia, and the Michelin Guide lists L’Argine a Vencò at Località Vencò 15 in Dolegna del Collio.
