Antonio Arcieri is the chef leading Arco by Paco Pérez in Gdańsk, Poland, where he was described by the MICHELIN Guide as Paco Pérez’s protégé and long-time collaborator entrusted with the restaurant’s daily operations. He moved to Poland in 2019 to oversee Arco and the sibling venue Treinta y Tres at Olivia Star, and later reporting and venue sources identified him as the executive chef/head chef at Arco by Paco Pérez. He was reported to have earned Michelin recognition for Arco in 2024 and received two knives in The Best Chef Awards in 2025.
