At Cave Jacques et Aurélia Joly in Bourg-en-Lavaux, Switzerland, Joly works with Lavaux first, and Vaud more broadly, as the frame for the wines. The estate also welcomes guests at the tâble d'hôtes and in the holiday flat.

Aurélia's signature wines include La Destinée Chasselas Lavaux AOC, Le Merveilleux Rouges Lavaux AOC, Muscat AOC Lavaux, Cuvée 72 Blanc AOC Vaud, and Cuvée 72 Rouge AOC Lavaux.
