Austin Goetzman

Austin Goetzman is the executive chef at Aria in Buckhead, Atlanta, where the restaurant’s team introduced him in June 2026. Prior to Aria, he was chef de cuisine at Lazy Betty in Atlanta, and Atlanta coverage says he previously worked at Aria earlier in his career and has also cooked at The French Laundry in Napa Valley, EL Ideas, and Acadia in Chicago. Reports also note he began at Lazy Betty as a sous chef when the restaurant opened in 2019 and later became a key member of the team during its Midtown move and Michelin-star era.
