Baptiste Denieul is the chef and owner of Maison Tiegezh in Guer, Brittany, France, where he transformed his parents' former crêperie into a gastronomic restaurant in 2015, earning a Michelin star for nine consecutive years through 2025. Originally from Brittany, he began his career helping at his parents' crêperie, trained at école hôtelière Louis Guilloux where he became Meilleur apprenti de Bretagne, and gained experience in Paris at Lasserre with Christophe Moret and Le Bristol with Éric Frechon. His cuisine is described as 'campagnarde haute couture,' focusing on local, seasonal products from Brocéliande to create generous, simple dishes.
