Today

His current role is Owner / President at the Lalande-de-Pomerol estate, where the work remains tied to both family continuity and winemaking choices. The specialty is traditional wines, but the word traditional does not mean fixed in place; in his telling, it is joined to environmental care and a modern approach to method. That philosophy becomes precise when he speaks about the vineyard and cellar as part of a wider web: "Our problem is also to manage the environment. The environment is everything: the company’s environment, from employees to neighbors to credit organizations, suppliers, and customers." The sentence widens the idea of terroir into a social field, where responsibility reaches beyond vines and barrels. Signature work within the expanded range includes Château la Croix, described as a newborn wine added when the estate broadened what it offered. Recognition

One clear marker of the environmental approach is the ISO 14001 status he names directly: "We have had ISO 14001 since 2011."
