Brian Dunsmoor

Brian Dunsmoor is the chef behind Dunsmoor in Los Angeles’ Glassell Park, a hearth-driven restaurant focused on historical American cooking and live-fire techniques. He previously led the kitchen at Hatchet Hall in Culver City, where he spent about six years developing his Southern-influenced approach before leaving during the pandemic to build his own restaurant.
