Brian Lewis trained at The Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University. Brian went on to work as Founding Executive Chef at The Bedford Post Inn in Bedford, New York. Today, Brian is founder of Full House Hospitality Group (since 2015), chef and owner of The Cottage, and chef and owner of OKO.

Where They Are Now

At The Cottage in Westport, Connecticut, Lewis works in a lane defined by locally sourced, seasonal cuisine, presented with a style that reads polished without losing warmth. The menus change weekly, which keeps the kitchen tied to what the moment will support. The Cottage in Greenwich, Connecticut extends that same approach, carrying coastal elegance into a modern American frame.
