Bruno Oger is a two-Michelin-starred chef born on May 9, 1966, in Morbihan, Brittany, France, who discovered his passion for cooking at age 12. After training under Georges Blanc at his three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Vonnas, Oger managed kitchens at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok before establishing La Villa des Lys in Cannes in 1995, which earned its first Michelin star in 1997 and a second star in 2005. In 2009, he founded La Bastide Bruno Oger in Le Cannet on the French Riviera, comprising Villa Archange (two Michelin stars) and Bistrot des Anges (Bib Gourmand), and was named Chef of the Year by Gault&Millau in 2000.
