Carey Hines

Carey Hynes is the chef-partner and co-owner behind Sunny’s Steakhouse in Miami’s Little River neighborhood, where the concept began as a pandemic-era pop-up and later reopened as a permanent restaurant in October 2024. He also co-owned Jaguar Sun in downtown Miami before closing it in 2024 to focus on Sunny’s. Prior to Miami, Hynes worked in high-end kitchens including Momofuku Ko, Per Se, l’Astrance, and the opening team at The Charter Oak in Napa.
