Carla Ferreyra is the Head of Hospitality & Culture at MAZ in Tokyo, a role announced to begin in April 2026. MAZ’s official site says she will work alongside Head Chef Yuya Nakamura to refine the restaurant’s cuisine and hospitality into a unified experience, while a profile from Made By reports she was born in Lima and built her career through Central, Masi, and Mater before taking the MAZ role.
