Carlos de Albuquerque Teixeira is a Portuguese chef associated with the Herdade do Esporão restaurant in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Alentejo. He joined Esporão in 2015 as sous-chef, and in 2018 he was invited to take over leadership of the kitchen.
