i. Biography
Carol Homer-Caesar joined Angostura Limited in Trinidad and Tobago in 1995 as laboratory manager and was named the company's Master Blender in 2013, leading an all-woman blending team responsible for Angostura's rums and bitters. She holds a BSc and an MPhil in chemistry from the University of the West Indies, St Augustine, and an EMBA from the Arthur Lok Jack School of Business, and created the Angostura Rum Flavor Wheel.
