Since 2011, she has served there as Winzerin, Nachfolgerin in der Weinproduktion, Besitzerin, Leitung des Gutes, Winemaker, and Kellermeisterin. Those roles cover the full range of estate work: making the wine, guiding the house’s direction, safeguarding standards, and staying hands-on where seasonal choices become final character. In the cellar, the work is immediate; across the estate, it is administrative and future-facing. Together, they point to a leadership style grounded in craft rather than display. The continuity of the estate is visible in how she works. Catherina Grans carries the house forward with authority and practical care, balancing production discipline with stewardship over the longer arc.
