The Path

Wine training gave Cheryl Durzy a formal frame for work that also began in a family company. She trained at Court of Master Sommeliers, bringing structure and discipline to her understanding of the trade. That early access to sales and marketing at her parents’ growing wine company gave her an applied education in how the business actually moves. From there, Cheryl Durzy built a career across sales, marketing, leadership, and company formation, with each role reinforcing the next.

The Work Today

Since 2016, Cheryl Durzy has led LibDib as Chief Executive Officer and founder, carrying the responsibilities of a company that depends on constant coordination between strategy and execution. At Clos LaChance Winery, her work as Vice President of sales and marketing keeps her tied to the family operation that first opened the door to the business. Together, those roles show a career built on continuity: one part inherited context, one part self-directed structure.
