Cheung Siu Kong is the chef de cuisine of Summer Pavilion at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, where he leads the restaurant’s culinary operations and menu development. A native of Hong Kong, he joined Summer Pavilion in 2003 after working at Lei Garden in Hong Kong and has been associated with the restaurant’s Michelin-starred Cantonese cuisine for many years.
