Chris Harrod

Chris Harrod is the chef-patron of The Whitebrook in Whitebrook, Monmouthshire, where he and his wife Kirsty took over the lease in 2013 and reopened the restaurant with rooms in their own style. The restaurant regained a Michelin star in 2014 under his leadership and has since been associated with his hyper-seasonal, foraged-led cooking rooted in the Wye Valley. He also won BBC Great British Menu in 2018, and later purchased the freehold of The Whitebrook in 2019.
