    i. Biography

    Christian F. Puglisi is a Danish-Italian chef and restaurateur born in Messina, Italy, who moved to Denmark in 1990 and trained at the Copenhagen Hospitality College before working in landmark kitchens including Taillevent, elBulli, and Noma. He opened Relæ and Manfreds in Copenhagen in 2010, later adding BÆST and Mirabelle in 2014 and Farm of Ideas in 2016; his official site describes him as a former Michelin-starred chef, author, organic farmer, and restaurateur who has stepped away from the restaurant industry.
