Christina Veira is the co-owner of Bar Mordecai in Toronto and a hospitality educator focused on cocktails, beverage training, and equity in the industry. She has also served as Bar & Beverage Curator for Restaurants Canada Show and as a national coordinator for Speed Rack Canada, while being profiled as a major figure in Toronto’s cocktail scene.
