Christopher Hache

Christopher Hache is a French chef associated with Maison Hache in Eygalières, in the Alpilles region of Provence. Maison Hache’s official site says he opened the property after about 15 years in palace kitchens, including nearly 10 years at the Hôtel de Crillon, and later press coverage identifies him as the former executive chef of the Crillon who launched the restaurant in 2019. He also appears in coverage of the Michelin-starred Maison Hache and later reporting that he announced the restaurant’s closure after seven years, indicating the property was in transition by 2026.
