Ciro Salvo is a Naples-based pizza chef and the founder of 50 Kalò, which opened in Piazza Sannazaro in Naples in 2014. Official and industry sources describe him as a third-generation pizzaiolo and identify 50 Kalò as his pizzeria in Naples; the brand also expanded to Rome and London. He is presented by the restaurant as a pizza master focused on dough and traditional simplicity, and Michelin has listed 50 Kalò among its guide restaurants in Naples.
