Clemens Rambichler

Clemens Rambichler is the chef at Waldhotel Sonnora in Dreis, Germany, where he joined the team in 2011 and later succeeded Helmut Thieltges as kitchen leader after Thieltges’s death in 2017. Official hotel pages identify him as the restaurant’s chef and, in newer material, as part of the house’s dual leadership with Magdalena Rambichler; Michelin describes the couple as the venue’s exemplary hosts. Independent coverage says he and Magdalena Brandstätter acquired the property in 2021, and the restaurant has retained its three Michelin stars under his leadership.
