    Corinne Mentzelopoulos is a French-Greek businesswoman best known for leading Château Margaux, the Bordeaux first-growth estate her family acquired in 1977. After her father André Mentzelopoulos died in 1980, she took over management of the property and later regained full ownership in 2003, helping restore Château Margaux’s standing among Bordeaux’s top estates. In 2023, she stepped back from the CEO role after 43 years, handing operational leadership to the next generation while remaining the central figure associated with the estate.
