Cory Empting is the Director of Winemaking at Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory, all under the Harlan family in Napa Valley. He joined Harlan Estate as a harvest intern in 2001 at age 20 and advanced through roles to succeed Bob Levy as director, overseeing winemaking across these estates.
