Cynthia Chua is the founder of Spa Esprit Group, a Singapore-headquartered beauty, lifestyle and food-and-beverage company she started in 1996. The group's brands include Strip, Browhaus, Tiong Bahru Bakery and Common Man Coffee Roasters, operating more than 70 outlets across nine cities including Singapore, Shanghai, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.
