i. Biography
Cyril Delarue is a sixth-generation member of the Bollinger family and Global Director of Sales for Champagne Bollinger. He trained as an agricultural engineer and holds a master's degree in oenology. He made wine in the United States, South Africa, New Zealand and the Loire Valley before joining the family business in 2014.
