Daniel Berlin

Daniel Berlin is a Swedish chef and restaurateur known for his contemporary Nordic cuisine and sustainable approach to cooking. He previously operated Daniel Berlin Krog, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Skåne-Tranås, which he closed in 2020. In October 2023, he opened Vyn Restaurant in Österlen on Sweden's southeast coast, a fine dining establishment housed in a converted farmhouse that received two Michelin stars within six months of opening. Vyn also includes a 15-room boutique hotel and a casual food and wine bar.
