Daniel Hadida is a chef and co-owner of Restaurant Pearl Morissette in Lincoln, Ontario, Canada, which he joined at the Pearl Morissette winery in 2015 and opened as a restaurant in 2017 alongside Eric Robertson. His career includes stints at Nota Bene and Edulis in Toronto, Le Châteaubriand and sous chef at Septime in Paris, and Pujol in Mexico City and Central in Lima, complemented by biodynamic farming experience in France and Belgium. The restaurant earned a Michelin Star in 2024, two Michelin Stars and one green star in 2025, and was ranked No. 1 by Canada's 100 Best and No. 3 in North America's 50 Best Restaurants in 2025.
