The Climb
Formal training at Milan’s leading culinary school in 2009 gave Davide Garavaglia the base before service in kitchens tied to distinct European registers: D’O under Chef Davide Oldani from 2009, Sketch under Chef Pierre Gagnaire from 2013, and Mirazur in France as sous chef from 2015. Côte by Mauro Colagreco has been the current working site since 2020, with Garavaglia serving as Chef de Cuisine.
