Davide Oldani is an Italian chef born in 1967 in Cornaredo, Lombardy, who created the philosophy of Cucina POP, blending high quality with accessibility, and opened his restaurant D'O in Cornaredo near Milan in 2003. He trained under renowned chefs including Gualtiero Marchesi, Albert Roux, Alain Ducasse, and Pierre Hermé before earning a Michelin star in 2004 and a second star in 2020 along with a Michelin Green Star. Oldani has expanded with ventures like Davide Oldani Cafè at Milan Malpensa Airport in 2014 and restaurants in Manila and Singapore in 2016, while publishing books such as 'Cuoco andata e ritorno' (2008) and 'POP, La nuova grande cucina italiana' (2010).
