After leaving a corporate career in Paris to found a wine estate in southern France, Diane de Puymorin has built her reputation in Costières de Nîmes through a method defined by precision rather than display: organic farming, biodynamic conversion, low yields, late harvesting, and old-vine cuvées assembled with close attention to the separation of character and origin.
