Enrico Cerea, also known as Chicco Cerea, is one of the brothers behind Da Vittorio, the family restaurant group founded in Bergamo by their father Vittorio Cerea in 1966. He is publicly associated with Da Vittorio in Brusaporto and the seasonal Da Vittorio outpost at the Carlton Hotel in St. Moritz, where the family’s haute Italian cooking is served.
