Erhan Kostepen

Erhan Kostepen is the executive chef and partner at DOYA, a modern Aegean restaurant in Wynwood, Miami, where the restaurant’s official site says he leads the kitchen and was honored with a Michelin Bib Gourmand. The same official bio says he grew up in Izmir, Turkey, discovered Aegean cooking while living above a restaurant, and developed his skills under his mother’s guidance. Before DOYA, DOYA states he co-founded and led Miami’s Mandolin Aegean Bistro, and publications describing DOYA likewise identify him as the former co-founder/executive chef of Mandolin.
