Eric Beaumard

Éric Beaumard was the long-serving restaurant director and head sommelier of Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris. He built the hotel's renowned cellar and led Le Cinq's dining room and wine service for more than two decades before retiring in December 2025.
