Eric Boissenot is a Bordeaux consultant oenologist and winemaker from the Médoc who began working in wine with his father Jacques Boissenot at age 14 and graduated from the Bordeaux Faculty of Oenology in 1991. He is credited with advising a large number of Bordeaux estates, including all four Médoc First Growths, and is named as consultant oenologist for Château Gruaud Larose and Château Ferrière.
