    Eric Tereygeol makes wine at Château Pontoise Cabarrus in Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, where the Tereygeol family has tended the estate since 1959. The work he carries forward from his father, Émile, is parcel by parcel, with hand cultivation in the vineyard and a cellar method built on stainless steel fermentations, French oak barrels, and a measured proportion of new wood.
