Fabio Pisani is an Italian chef born in Molfetta, in the province of Bari, who studied cooking in hotel school before building his career in classic French and Italian fine dining. Since 2005, he has been one of the chefs at Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan, where he and Alessandro Negrini lead the kitchen and carry forward the restaurant’s contemporary interpretation of Italian gastronomic tradition.
