i. Biography
Fanny Fougerat is the fourth-generation vigneronne-distillatrice behind Cognac Fanny Fougerat, trading as EURL Fougerat Fanny at 21 Bd Goulbenèze in Burie, Charente-Maritime. Her own site records that she took over the family holding, 'Je reprends l'exploitation familiale', and that the first bottling under her name took place in November 2013. She works roughly 30 hectares across the Borderies and Fins Bois crus, producing cognacs and Pineau des Charentes.
