i. Biography
Filip Gemzell is the Executive Chef at Restaurang ÄNG at Ästad Vingård in Tvååker, Halland, Sweden, where he leads the restaurant’s creative work alongside Ann-Catrine Johansson. Before returning to Sweden, he spent eight years working in London at restaurants including Roka, The Square, and Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, and later served as kitchen chef at Huset in Svalbard before taking the role at ÄNG. He has been associated with ÄNG since its 2018 launch and the restaurant earned Michelin recognition under his leadership.
