i. Biography
Francisco Baettig is Chief Winemaker at Viña Seña, a post that reflects a career built through study, sequential responsibility, and a restrained approach in the cellar. Associated with Santiago de Chile, he trained at the University of Chile and the University of Bordeaux before moving into winemaking at Viña Errázuriz. The progression from classroom to cellar was cumulative, and that steady accumulation of experience later shaped the calm, measured style linked to his work.
