Franck Putelat is a French chef based in Carcassonne, where he has led La Table de Franck Putelat since 2006 at the foot of the medieval cité. The restaurant is identified by its official site as a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, and Michelin’s guide lists it at 80 chemin des Anglais in Carcassonne. His official career page says he opened the restaurant in 2006 and later added a hotel project, while Michelin describes his cuisine as "classique-fiction," a personal style built around reinterpretations of French classics.
