Fu Yue Liang is a Hangzhou native chef-owner of Ru Yuan, a modern Hangzhou restaurant in Xihu, Hangzhou, that opened in 2023. Coverage describes him as a long-time practitioner of Zhejiang/Hangzhou cuisine who trained at Zhiweiguan under chef Dong Shunxiang and later founded Ru Yuan to revive heritage recipes with precision and modern presentation.
