i. Biography
Geoffrey Moss carries his wine knowledge with the quiet confidence of someone who has spent years listening as much as tasting. He holds the WSET Level 4 Diploma, a credential that reflects both rigour and dedication, but his relationship with wine began long before any formal qualification. Wine had always been part of the rhythm of his home life, appearing on the dinner table as naturally as conversation. By the time he moved to Montreal to attend McGill, that early familiarity had deepened into curiosity, and curiosity soon sharpened into obsession. As he puts it, after completing the WSET Level 4 Diploma, he was already looking ahead, “hungry for the next challenge.”
