Gerard Villaret Horcajo is a chef from Spain who has served as Chef de Cuisine at Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu at The Okura Prestige Bangkok since January 2022. He moved to Bangkok from Ciel Bleu at Hotel Okura Amsterdam, where he worked after honing his craft in Europe’s Michelin-starred kitchens; Michelin also identified him in 2022 as the chef taking over the helm at Elements, Inspired by Ciel Bleu. The restaurant retained its Michelin star in 2023 under his leadership.
