Gordon Leung

Gordon Leung is the Chinese Cuisine Executive Chef at The Peninsula Hong Kong’s Spring Moon, where his traditional Cantonese cooking helped the restaurant retain a Michelin star in 2017 and 2018. The Peninsula said in 2018 that he had close to 30 years of culinary experience in Hong Kong and had previously earned a Michelin star during a 21-year tenure at another acclaimed Chinese restaurant. A 2019 South China Morning Post profile said he had brought his talent to Spring Moon in 2016 and that the restaurant is a gold standard for Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong.
